No:NO:33/A-B OSMANGAZİ/BURSA, as the Data Controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data, including Identity (Name-Surname, TC ID No, Date of Birth, Passport Information), Contact (Phone and Email), Customer Transaction (Travel Dates), Transaction Security (Date and time of submission, etc.), collected from you by filling out and submitting the payment form on our website https://www.mpwgtusersconference.com, will be processed by our Company in compliance with the law and ethical principles, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed, and in accordance with the principles of preserving them for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed (Follow-up of Requests and Complaints).

In accordance with Article 7 of the PDPL, even if your personal data have been processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, they will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our Company ex officio or upon your request when the reasons requiring their processing have ceased to exist. The procedures and principles regarding this matter will be carried out in accordance with the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data, published in the Official Gazette dated 28.10.2017 and numbered 30224, in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL. Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our Company within 6 (six) months following the date when our obligation to delete, destroy, or anonymize arises.

YOUR RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

As a data subject, you have the rights specified in Article 11 of the PDPL.
